4. Payments & Invoices

• Payment terms will be clearly stated in the project proposal or contract.
• Invoices must be settled within the agreed time period to avoid project delays.
• All payments are non-refundable once a project phase has been delivered or resources have been allocated.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables, including source code, designs, and related materials.
• Kodace Infotech retains the right to showcase non-confidential parts of the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

• We respect your privacy and business data.
• All client data, credentials, and materials shared with us remain confidential.
• Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request to ensure complete confidentiality.

7. Revisions & Support

• Minor revisions are included as per the agreed scope. Additional changes beyond that may incur extra costs.
• Post-launch, we offer IT Support and Maintenance Plans to keep your systems updated and secure.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Kodace Infotech may use third-party services, plugins, or APIs for development. While we ensure compatibility and security, we are not liable for downtime or issues arising from third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for excellence, Kodace Infotech will not be liable for loss of profits, data, or business due to delays, interruptions, or system errors.
• We are not liable for misuse or unauthorized modifications made by the client after project delivery.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
• Work completed up to the date of termination will be billed accordingly.
• Kodace Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

11. Updates to Terms

Kodace Infotech may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
